TräffiX Pro was founded by Maxwell Elstad, a traffic control and safety professional whose background spans frontline flagging, field supervision, large-scale workforce oversight, safety governance, training development, and operational leadership.

His experience has included directing field operations, mentoring new workers, developing onboarding and training systems, leading safety and compliance efforts, coordinating crews and equipment, and translating regulatory requirements into instruction that makes sense in the real world.
